LANSING – State Representative Joan Bauer (D-Lansing) will host "Breakfast with Bauer" at 9 a.m., Thursday, June 26, at Flap Jack Restaurant, 1601 South Waverly Road, Lansing.
"I think it is important to talk and meet with the residents of my district," Bauer said. "There are important issues about which people may have questions or comments. The purpose of these 'Breakfast with Bauer' meetings is to give Lansing residents the opportunity to voice their concerns to me, as well as get more in-depth information concerning recent legislation that is being discussed."
At Thursday's breakfast meeting, Bauer plans to discuss the legislative budget process and her recent energy town hall, which dealt with issues concerning local power plans and the future of energy.
